PROJECT: BLACK BUDGET

As the Lead Artist, I was responsible for curating the project from the ground up, which included everything from interviewing and hiring the team to ensuring high-level quality control. I drove the integration of Unreal Engine 5 into our workflow and set the visual standards for all environment assets and props. I maintained a hands-on approach by doing set dressing and world-building myself, but also spent a lot of time as a 'middle-man' between the engine team and artists to keep both sides aligned. I handled task management in Jira and wrote the technical documentation in Confluence and Wiki, all while working side-by-side with the Art Director to implement and maintain the overall artistic vision.
